Cancellation policy

Preorders

Preorders are charged in full at checkout and ship within the window shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

• You can cancel any time before your order ships. Email hello@kinnepets.com with your order number, from the address you ordered with.
• We confirm within 1 business day and refund your original payment in full within 7 business days.
• If we can't ship within the window we gave you, we'll email you before it ends with a new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• If the new date is more than 30 days after the original window, or we need to delay again, we'll ask you to confirm you still want the order. If we don't hear back, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

In-stock orders

You can cancel any time before your order ships, for a full refund. After delivery, the 100-night trial and our Refund policy apply.

Subscriptions

We don't sell subscriptions.
